عادله طائی پژوهشگر پژوهشکده زیست شناسی و فناوری سلول‌های بنیادی پژوهشگاه رویان است. وی در سال 1379 مدرک کارشناسی خود را در رشته میکروبیولوژی از دانشگاه الزهرا (س) دریافت نمود و در فروردین سال 1380 به عنوان کارشناس آزمایشگاه سلول‏های بنیادی در پژوهشگاه رویان استخدام شد. زمینه تحقیقاتی وی کشت جنین، تولید سلول‏های بنیادی جنینی موشی و انسانی و تمایز آن‏ها، بازبرنامه‏نویسی سلول‏های سوماتیک به سلول‏های پرتوان است. به موازات کارهای تحقیقاتی، در سال 1391 مدرک کارشناسی ارشد خود را در رشته زیست شناسی تکوینی از دانشگاه شیراز دریافت نمود. وی در حال حاضر دانشجوی دکتری زیست شناسی سلولی تکوینی دانشگاه علم و فرهنگ است. حاصل پژوهش‌های وی در بیش از 20 مقاله در مجلات معتبر داخلی و بین‌المللی به چاپ رسیده است. هم‏اکنون در زمینه تولید سلول‏های بنیادی جنینی انسانی و تمایز آن به سلول‏های اپی‏تلیالی رنگدانه ‏دار شبکیه چشم، تحت شرایط GMP مشغول فعالیت است.
